All bonuses and promotions offered by pak333 are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, time limits, and game contribution rules. These terms are published at the point of opt-in for each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

These promotions are time-limited and subject to availability. pak333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, including during an active promotional period, where operational, regulatory, or commercial circumstances require it.
All Wagers on pak333 are accepted subject to the Platform's prevailing odds and market rules at the time of placement. A Wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the Platform. pak333 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its discretion, including Wagers from Members identified as consistently beating the market.
Wagers are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body. For cricket — including PSL, international matches, and domestic tournaments — settlement follows the official scorecard as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the International Cricket Council, as applicable. In the event of a dispute over an official result, pak333 reserves the right to delay settlement pending clarification from the relevant authority.
pak333 reserves the right to void any Wager accepted at odds that were clearly the result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. Members who knowingly exploit mispriced odds may have their Accounts suspended pending review. pak333 will communicate any void decision to affected Members within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Wagers will be voided and stakes returned to your Account Balance unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules for that sport. Market-specific rules take precedence over general settlement procedures.
